“Expert legal services. Local knowledge.”
Located in the heart of the North Country, in Park Rapids, Minn., Thomason, Swanson & Zahn, PLLC specializes in legal services for Estate Planning, Elder Law & Life Care Planning, Real Estate, Probate, Family Law, LLC/Corporation formation, Litigation, and Criminal Defense.
Originally known as Thomason Law Office, with 30-plus years of service in the Park Rapids community, we bring experience and consistency to our law practice. We have four full-time attorneys–Sara Swanson, Roger Zahn, Trent Wilcox and Matthew Enger — three full time legal assistants and a staff of one full time and three part time administrative professionals.
Sara Swanson and Roger Zahn formed Thomason, Swanson & Zahn, PLLC on June 1, 2011. They purchased the practices of Mark Thomason, who practiced more than 35 years in Park Rapids, and James Wallace, who practiced more than 25 years in Park Rapids. Those decades of history stand behind our firm.
As a client, you benefit from our expertise and local knowledge. Because we’ve been connected to the community for years–some of us even grew up here–we understand our clients and their needs.
As a small law firm, we make certain that you receive expert legal services that help ensure the well being of you and your family. We know how important it is to feel at ease with legal procedures. Whatever services you need, you’ll receive personalized attention to help you make informed decisions, comfortably.
